Structural Engineer — Rasa Maskan Structural Engineering Co. (Shiraz, Iran)

  • Designed more than 300 steel and concrete structures for residential, commercial, and industrial applications using IBC and ASCE 7.
  • Achieved the highest structural engineer designation in Iran and acted as a Controller reviewing and validating drawings submitted to City Hall.

Concrete structure with dual seismic system (special moment frame and special shear walls) and waffle slab decks. Optimized structural design using dynamic vs. static analysis comparison, achieving a ~10% reduction in structural weight.
  • Soroush Twin Towers, Shiraz, Iran — Project Manager for two 27-storey, 25,000 m² towers for Passargad Bank. Steel special moment frame with intermediate shear walls and composite slabs. Managed more than 15 engineering teams, ensuring project milestones were met with high quality.
  • Maani Tower, Shiraz, Iran — Project Coordinator for a 4 × 22-storey, 21,000 m² medical/commercial tower for Fars Medical Organization. Concrete structure with dual seismic system and waffle slabs. Completed the project two months ahead of schedule and helped secure cost savings through early procurement of rebar and optimized material sourcing.
